Offering: Individual, Family, Parent Consultations, and Couples Therapy
Therapy with Evergreen is person-centered to meet individual needs utilizing the treatment approaches you and your specialist find to be the best fit with your goals in mind.
During your first appointment, you will explore what brought you to therapy, what your goals are, and you will collaborate with your therapist to generate a treatment plan. In your future appointments, you will work towards the goals you established.
Future appointments may address your established goals, receive additional support, or explore any other challenges that have presented between appointments.
Treatment approaches may involve any of, or a mix of: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy. This may involve talk-therapy, psychoeducation, skill development, behavior modification, and/or take-home materials in order to support goal achievement.
*When you would like additional guidance or perspective on how to handle challenges presenting with your child, children, or family unit, we offer parent consultations in order to identify presenting problems and generate strategies and solutions to best support them. Strategies may involve behavior modification, supportive communication, or understanding their development and mental health functioning through psychoeducation. This can be utilized individually or alongside yours or your children’s therapy to enhance the benefits.

Q: What areas can therapy be helpful for?
A: It would be nice to be able to provide a complete list, however typically one issue does not surface alone, and treatment is entirely individualized to address one’s needs. You may have received a DSM diagnosis or are experiencing symptoms you would like to seek treatment for. Some of these areas may include: anxiety, depression, anger management, impulsivity, hyperactivity, trauma, abuse, family conflict, unhealthy boundaries, unhealthy relationships, relationship challenges, life transitions, divorce/separation, female issues, male issues, work stress, low self-esteem, pre-/post-partum, academic/work/athletic responsibilities or stressors, grief/loss, sexuality, phobias, illnesses, and/or self-harm or self-injurious behaviors.
You may also just be interested in becoming a healthier, happier version of yourself, or having another support, and we’re here for that too.
Q: Are your services covered by my insurance?
A: We are an out of network provider. Our office will provide you with Superbills which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Q: Do you offer a sliding scale?
A: We have sliding scale client slots. To inquire regarding sliding scale eligibility, please indicate interest when submitting the contact page form.
Q: How do I know if a therapist is right for me?
A: Check out the specialist’s bio in our “Team” tab to learn more about each specialist. You may look for qualifications, background, interests, and personality. Feel free to bring any questions and preferences to your first appointment or when filling out the contact form to be matched with a specialist. We also offer free phone consultations before committing to a specialist when requested. This may allow you to get a better feel for the specialist and ask any questions you may have.
Q: What makes Evergreen a safe space for me?
A: At Evergreen, we promote a safe, secure environment established through following HIPPA regulations, building rapport with our clients, and meeting our clients where they are. This means, as our client, you can feel comfortable that they will: ask about your comfort levels and treatment preferences, secure HIPPA compliant telehealth sessions and notes, and make room for you to meet your goals at the pace which you are ready for change and support to occur. Evergreen values diversity, collaboration, and empathy which lends itself to the judgment-free zone necessary for effective therapy to occur.

Spiritual
Coaching
-
Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Like individualized coaching, spiritual coaching involves your specialist working with you as a team to navigate reaching your goals. In spiritual coaching, the goals, perspective, and insight is grounded in faith and God’s word. For those seeking to honor their faith in their personal journey, spiritual coaching allows you and the specialist to utilize faith to meet goals.
Utilizing professional coaching strategies, together you will integrate the biblical and spiritual worldview to enact personal growth in alignment with your personal goals.
God’s word provides insight surrounding life choices, transitions, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, worry, stress, relationships, work, family functioning, parenting, and more. Spiritual coaching utilizes this as a guidepost for working together in order to meet your individualized goals.
